We will guide you on a journey through flavors, aromas, and curiosities of dairy culture, with guided tastings and hands-on sessions dedicated to exploring the finest Italian PDO cheeses.
Three special evenings:
Friday, November 7th → Introduction to the world of cheese and technical tastings to understand the differences between Grana Padano PDO and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
Friday, November 21st → Discover different types of cheese, tasting techniques, and tips on how to best enhance every product.
Friday, December 5th → Cheese cutting and gourmet pairings: learn how to create the perfect cheese board.
